The CF RIDE is a brand new and unique custom earphone made for the motorcycling industry. It compromises of a detachable cable system allowing the user to have a custom earphone when wanting to connect to Intercom Systems, SatNav and Mobile Phones. The cable unit can then be detached giving a custom earplug, great for quick journeys. This also allows for great flexibility and future proofing as you can swap cables subject to use.
Cables -
Standard - Comprises of a 1.2m Kevlar coated cable with textile sheath for great comfort even when worn underneath clothing. Stranded wires make up this cable for amazing strength.
Short Standard - Comprises of a 60cm Kevlar coated cable with textile sheath for great comfort even when worn underneath clothing. Stranded wires make up this cable for amazing strength.
Bluetooth - Uses a 5.0 Bluetooth ergonomic cable with moulded battery and control unit. It has a 24 hour battery life for long journeys and includes all music functions (Play, Pause, Skip). It also has a microphone on the control unit enable the user to give and receive calls. A micro USB to USB charging port helps for effortless charging. **Please note Bluetooth cables can not be used in conjunction with intercom systems**
Custom Ear Mould - The custom earphone is shaped to be flush for comfort underneath a helmet. It is made of a 25 Shore soft silicone ear canal tip going into the inner ear and a 40 Shore outer shell to give ultimate comfort whilst being worn underneath a helmet.
Filters - The choice of with and without filters is given so the user can choose from full isolation with no filters or the filter option which allows safe sound to pass through into the ear. The Auto filter allows the user to maintain ambient awareness for example - Traffic, Emergency Services, Internal Helmet Speakers and some Engine Noise whilst dampening high frequencies like wind noise.
Speakers - All speakers are housed within the detachable unit which allows for the use of vented speakers (allows air in and around the speaker). This unique vented assembly will give best sound definition and quality possible with a better bass response. Choose how many speakers you can have subject to your needs -
Single 6mm - Great for using for general communication on Intercom, SatNav and Mobile Phone.
Dual 7mm - Comprising of a dual diaphragm 7mm speaker. This splits both bass and treble between two diaphragms. Widening the sound stage and giving amazing definition in sound. – Most Popular.
Single 8mm - This consists of one large dynamic speaker. This gives more mids and separation between treble and bass, a perfect choice if you’re looking for even more added detail and bass to your listening experience.
Dual 8mm - An assembly of a dual diaphragm 8mm dynamic speaker. This is the most used by customer who are avid music listeners and audiophiles, incredible headroom, huge soundstage, deep bass response and depth and sound.
