The CF DUAL is a custom ear plug with versatility in mind. The custom mould is shaped to be flush for comfort underneath a helmet. It is made of a 25 Shore soft silicone ear canal tip going into the inner ear and a 40 Shore outer shell to give ultimate comfort whilst being worn underneath a helmet.

 

The Dual filter allows the user to maintain ambient awareness for example - Traffic, Emergency Services, Internal Helmet Speakers and some Engine Noise whilst dampening high frequencies like wind noise.

 

The flip lid mechanism on the Dual allows you to increase the dampening of ambient sound, it comes in useful for longer motorway journeys or track days and gives great versatility for the user.

Universal earplugs are off-the-shelf products with standard sizes. They’re designed to fit a wide range of riders but can’t adapt to your unique ear shape. This means they may not seal perfectly, leading to inconsistent noise reduction and potential discomfort during long rides.

Custom motorcycle earplugs, on the other hand, are individually made for your ears. We take precise impressions of your ear canals and manufacture earplugs that match your anatomy exactly. This tailored fit delivers a superior seal against wind and road noise, increases comfort especially on long journeys and ensures consistent performance every time you ride.

What is the production time?

The average production time is 3–4 weeks from the date we receive your impressions. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume and other factors, so we recommend confirming the current lead time at the time of purchase.

How long does the custom fit last?

The custom fit is designed to last up to 5 years with proper care. Made from durable, medical-grade silicone, it retains its shape and comfort over time. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help ensure it stays in top condition.

How do I clean my custom earplugs?

After each use, wipe them with a clean, damp cloth or alcohol-free antibacterial wipe.

If your product has a wax pick provided, please use this to clean the sound bore of the product.
