2015
The Beginning
Founded in 2016, CFG began with a focus on creating high-quality custom fit guards designed for comfort, durability, and reliable protection within the shooting sector. By prioritising precision moulding and a secure fit, the brand set out to offer a better alternative to generic guards from the very beginning.
2016
Motorcycles
In 2016, the company began to expand our range, designing and manufacturing products specifically for the motorcycle sector. Focusing on performance, durability, and rider comfort, this early work laid the foundation for the brand’s expertise in custom fit earplugs and audio solutions.
2022
CNC Manufacturing
In 2022, the company introduced CNC manufacturing for its Digi products and filters. This move enhanced accuracy and consistency in production, allowing for improved performance, refined detailing, and reliable quality across all components.
2023
The Ride
In 2023, the CF Ride was born, a modular custom earphone designed to be fully detachable and upgradeable. This innovation gave users unprecedented flexibility, combining custom fit with the ability to easily swap or enhance components, setting a new standard for the motorcycle sector.
2025
Going 3D
In 2025, the company advanced its production process by transitioning to in house 3D manufacturing. This shift allowed for greater precision, consistency, and innovation in custom fit guards, ensuring faster production times and even higher standards of quality and performance.
